Description

Delicious keto-friendly burgers made with feta cheese and served with a creamy tomato sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, feta, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  4. Cook the burgers on the grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  5. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  6. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and cook until heated through.
  8. Serve the burgers topped with the tomato cream sauce.
