Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut zucchini into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Toss the zucchini fries in the mixture.
- Place the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for a few minutes at the end.
