Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, coconut oil, and almond butter.
- Add erythritol, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture; blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a lined pan and freeze until firm.
- Once firm, cut into bars and melt sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Dip each bar into melted chocolate and return to freezer.
- Allow to set before serving.

- Can substitute almond butter with peanut butter if desired.
