Description

Delicious and satisfying keto-friendly candy bars that replicate the classic Musketeer bars with a low-carb twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, coconut oil, and almond butter.
  2. Add erythritol, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined pan and freeze until firm.
  4. Once firm, cut into bars and melt sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Dip each bar into melted chocolate and return to freezer.
  6. Allow to set before serving.
