- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¾ cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes; remove and let cool.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips over medium heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the cooled crust; spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
