- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized rounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
