Description

Delicious and crispy keto-friendly glass chips perfect for dipping or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized rounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
