- 8 hot dogs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add eggs and mix until dough forms.
- Shape the dough into buns around each hot dog.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
