A delicious and low-carb twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring a refreshing limoncello flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/4 cup limoncello
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ladyfingers or alternative
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, powdered erythritol, limoncello, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled espresso, then layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and then top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Sprinkle lemon zest on top and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, increase the amount of lemon zest.
- Serve chilled for the best taste.
