Description

A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional marzipan, perfect for Keto dieters.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour and powdered erythritol.
  2. Add the almond butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, and melted coconut oil. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.
  4. Shape the dough into a log or mold it into desired shapes.
