- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour and powdered erythritol.
- Add the almond butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, and melted coconut oil. Mix until combined.
- Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.
- Shape the dough into a log or mold it into desired shapes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before using.
Notes
- This marzipan can be dyed with food coloring if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
