Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
  4. In a bowl, combine almond flour with eggs and shredded cheese to form a dough.
