- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and almond milk.
- Pour the custard mixture into the tart crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the custard is set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for better texture.
- Use fresh nutmeg for a more intense flavor.
