Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon gelatin (optional for firmness)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and erythritol until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Add in the orange juice, vanilla extract, and orange zest, stirring gently to combine.
