- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the cocoa powder, almond flour, erythritol, and salt.
- Add the peanut butter, egg, almond milk, vanilla extract, and baking powder to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle.
