- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a microwavable bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until melted.
- Add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake again until heated through.
Notes
- This crust is best served immediately but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For a crispier crust, bake a little longer.
