Description

This Keto Pizza Crust is a low-carb alternative that is delicious and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwavable bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until melted.
  3. Add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Add your favorite toppings and bake again until heated through.
