- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sugar-free pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and egg until well combined.
- Stir in almond flour and Italian seasoning to form a dough.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly and make a small indentation in the center.
- Fill each indentation with pizza sauce and top with pepperoni and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the dough.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
