Delicious low-carb pizza snacks perfect for a quick bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and egg until well combined.
  3. Stir in almond flour and Italian seasoning to form a dough.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly and make a small indentation in the center.
  6. Fill each indentation with pizza sauce and top with pepperoni and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes to the dough.
