Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, protein powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These donuts are best enjoyed fresh but can also be frozen.
