- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ⅓ cup erythritol sweetener
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup low-carb caramel sauce
- sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
- Drizzle the low-carb caramel sauce on top and swirl it with a knife.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Top with sea salt before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute erythritol with your favorite low-carb sweetener.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
