Delicious, sugar-free fat bombs made with caramel and pecans, perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil, almond butter, and sugar-free caramel sauce.
- Add chopped pecans, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an 8×8 dish lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in the freezer for longer shelf life.
- Substitute pecans with your favorite nuts if desired.
