Description

Delicious, sugar-free fat bombs made with caramel and pecans, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil, almond butter, and sugar-free caramel sauce.
  2. Add chopped pecans, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an 8×8 dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.
  5. Remove from molds and enjoy!
