A delicious and healthy Keto Salted Tahini & Caramel Fudge recipe that satisfies your sweet tooth without the carbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or your favorite keto sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some excess to hang over the edges.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini, melted coconut oil, powdered erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the lined baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  4. If using, sprinkle crushed nuts on top of the fudge mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or until the fudge has set firmly.
  6. Once chilled, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares for serving.
