Ingredients

- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or your favorite keto sweetener)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some excess to hang over the edges.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tahini, melted coconut oil, powdered erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the lined baking pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- If using, sprinkle crushed nuts on top of the fudge mixture.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or until the fudge has set firmly.
- Once chilled, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares for serving.
