Description

A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional scalloped potatoes, made with creamy cheese sauce and thinly sliced veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika


Instructions
