Description

Deliciously easy and low-carb cookies made on a sheet pan for a quick and simple treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the cookie dough onto the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting into squares.
