- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the cookie dough onto the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting into squares.
