Description

This Keto Spaghetti Sauce is a low-carb alternative to traditional pasta sauce, perfect for keto dieters!


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until onion is soft.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
