Description

A delicious low-carb dessert combining the rich flavors of cream cheese with fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, granulated erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Spread the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the almond flour batter.
  7. Top with sliced strawberries.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.

Notes
