- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol

- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, granulated erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the almond flour batter.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
