Description

A delicious keto-friendly milkshake that can be made in vanilla, coffee, or chocolate flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee (for coffee)
  • ice as needed


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, heavy cream, and sweetener.
  2. Add vanilla extract for vanilla flavor, cocoa powder for chocolate flavor, or brewed coffee for coffee flavor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your milkshake!

Notes

  • For a thicker milkshake, add more ice or reduce the almond milk.
  • Adjust sweetener to taste.
  • You can top with whipped cream if desired.
