- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup erythritol
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, warm water, apple cider vinegar, and erythritol.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
