Description

These Keto Texas Roadhouse Rolls are a low-carb version of the classic restaurant rolls, soft and fluffy with a buttery finish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup erythritol


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, warm water, apple cider vinegar, and erythritol.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with melted butter before serving.
