- 8 ounces shirataki noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water; set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the shirataki noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add protein such as shrimp or chicken for extra flavor.
