Delicious and cheesy biscuits perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
