Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the zucchinis into thick rounds, about 1 inch in width.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini slices with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, ensuring each piece is well-coated with the seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, carefully add the seasoned zucchini rounds in a single layer.
