- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, Swerve, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Spread the mixture into a lined baking dish and press down to form a base.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Spread the sugar-free caramel sauce over the cooled base.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and drizzle over the caramel layer.
- Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- For a nut-free version, substitute almond flour with sunflower seed flour.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
