Description

Delicious and satisfying keto-friendly treat resembling Twix bars, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, Swerve, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a lined baking dish and press down to form a base.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  6. Spread the sugar-free caramel sauce over the cooled base.
  7. Melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and drizzle over the caramel layer.
  8. Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, substitute almond flour with sunflower seed flour.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
