Delicious and low-carb candy bars perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
  2. Melt the almond butter and coconut oil together, then stir in the vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
