Description

These Keto White Chocolate Truffles are a delicious low-carb treat that satisfies your sweet tooth while keeping you on track with your keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until firm.

  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
