Description

This Keto White Lasagna is a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional lasagna, packed with flavor and creaminess.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture, then half of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include mushrooms or zucchini in the meat mixture.
  • Make sure to let the lasagna cool slightly before cutting for cleaner slices.
