- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the meat mixture, then half of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include mushrooms or zucchini in the meat mixture.
- Make sure to let the lasagna cool slightly before cutting for cleaner slices.
