Description

These low carb bagel bites are the perfect snack or appetizer for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious treat without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese, then add the eggs and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture and stir until a dough forms.
