Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and form rounds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Optionally, sprinkle extra cheese on top before baking for a cheesy crust.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
