Description

Delicious and healthy low carb broccoli cheese rounds, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and form rounds on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Optionally, sprinkle extra cheese on top before baking for a cheesy crust.
