Deliciously cheesy and savory, these low carb scones are perfect for a snack or breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of the dough to form scones.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
