- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
- Add the flour mixture to the meat mixture and combine until you have a dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten them into circles.
- Add a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each circle and fold over to seal.
- Place the stuffed meat pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the edges of the pies well to prevent filling from leaking out while baking.
- These can be frozen and reheated for a quick meal.
