Ingredients

- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine coconut milk, lime juice, and erythritol. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the sparkling water and gently mix.
- Serve over ice with mint leaves and lime slices for garnish.
