- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix on low speed until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it is firm enough to cut into squares.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into 16 squares.
