This Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl is a delicious and easy way to enjoy pizza without the carbohydrates. Perfect for those following a low-carb diet!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, pizza sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add diced bell pepper, onion, olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
