Description

Delicious low carb bagels made with garlic and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg, cream cheese, and melted butter together.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Form the dough into bagel shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
