Description

A delicious low-carb Greek dish featuring baked feta and tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the feta cheese on top of the tomato mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the feta is golden.
