- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the feta cheese on top of the tomato mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the feta is golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil if using and serve warm.
