Ingredients

  • 1 pound hanger steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


Instructions

  1. Remove the hanger steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
