- 200 g almond flour
- 100 g erythritol
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
