Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth.
