Description
A delicious low carb dessert with a creamy peanut butter flavor and a chocolate crust.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, and ½ cup erythritol until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and remaining erythritol until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, heavy cream, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix until creamy.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of salt to the filling.
- Can be topped with sugar-free chocolate chips.
