- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes, until golden.
- Spread pizza sauce on top of the baked crust.
- Add shredded cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, skip the pepperoni and add more veggies.
