Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for about 15 minutes, until golden.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on top of the baked crust.
  6. Add shredded cheese and your choice of toppings.
  7. Bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, skip the pepperoni and add more veggies.
