- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground turkey.
- Cook turkey until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In bowls, layer romaine lettuce, turkey mixture, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
