Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground turkey.
  2. Cook turkey until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.
  4. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. In bowls, layer romaine lettuce, turkey mixture, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
  6. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
