Description

This Maple Cinnamon Nut Granola is a delicious and healthy breakfast option, packed with nuts, seeds, and a hint of maple.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
