Delicious and healthy Matcha Bounty Bars that combine coconut and matcha flavors, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup matcha powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut, matcha powder, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, almond flour, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Once firm, melt the dark chocolate chips and dip the bars into the chocolate to coat.
- Place the bars on a tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- Bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
