Description

Delicious and healthy Matcha Bounty Bars that combine coconut and matcha flavors, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut, matcha powder, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, almond flour, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once firm, melt the dark chocolate chips and dip the bars into the chocolate to coat.
  4. Place the bars on a tray and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
  5. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • Bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
