- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, olive oil, and salt to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into small circles.
- Place the circles on a baking sheet and spread tomato sauce on top.
- Add vegan cheese and vegetables.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
