Description

Delicious and easy-to-make mini vegan pizzas perfect for snack time or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, olive oil, and salt to form a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into small circles.
  4. Place the circles on a baking sheet and spread tomato sauce on top.
  5. Add vegan cheese and vegetables.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
