Description

This Miso Cod Sesame Bok Choy Crispy Nori Bowl is a flavorful and healthy dish featuring succulent miso-marinated cod, fresh bok choy, and crispy nori.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pieces miso-marinated cod fillets
  • 3 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the miso cod on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
  3. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the bok choy until wilted.
  4. Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble the bowl by adding rice, sautéed bok choy, baked cod, and nori strips.
  6. Drizzle with soy sauce and rice vinegar, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add pickled ginger on top.
  • Substitute cod with salmon if preferred.
